Fish in a tree

Moana learning hub are reading a book called fish in a tree by Lynda Mullaly Hunt. It's about a girl called Ally Nickerson. She has dyslexia and about how she coups with school. She has new friends a  new teacher and enemies.

we all had to create a piece of art that goes with a saying like this- Everyone is smart in different ways but if you judge a fish on it's abilities to climb a tree then it will spend the rest of it's life thinking it's stupid. Do you like?

  1. Thanks for sharing this fantastic quote Tillie. I think we are all learning something new as we read this book and discover that not everyone finds school fun or easy - but yet we are all good at something. Your poster shows this exactly! I wonder what is going to happen next in the story....

Thank you for your positive, thoughtful, helpful comments.
Positive - something done well
Thoughtful - a sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say
Helpful - give some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about
